Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order being placed.
Smaller Parcels are sent via Australia Post with larger parcels sent via TNT.
All shipped items will have tracking number provided, once shipped an automated email will be sent with this information enclosed.
In terms of freight insurance, notification of item not arriving must be processed within 7 days of the original estimated delivery date. This is enforced via freight insurance, not us directly.
In the event an item is lost or damaged, the relevant investigations will be completed, at times this may take up to 6 weeks.
Please take into consideration further shipping delays with carriers due to Covid.
