Killaboost Manifolds VF Entry Level Full Kit

The Killaboost Manifolds VF Entry Level Full Kit is a comprehensive turbo kit which is a great start to your street car build.

With a Fuel system and some supporting mods you are well on your way.

Please note this is an Entry Level kit which is suited towards SBE Builds, not Strokers, although this kit is capable of 600+KW.

The kit contains the following components:

- Impulse Performance Parts 87/82 Journal Bearing T4 1.10ar Turbo

- TURBOSMART GEN5 50mm PROGATE TS-0554-1012

 - AEROFLOW 600x300x100 intercooler (Polished), Not Pictured in photo*

 - The kit utilises our latest VE/VF t4 log manifold/crossover. The wastegate is already positioned all you need to do is bolt it on. The wastegate is positioned under the car.

 - 3.5” to oval 4” dump pipe including all correct v bands and clamps. This dump pipe RETAINS factory ac lines and fanbox. The v band at the bottom of the dump pipe includes the female flange for the customer to weld to when completing exhaust under the car

 - Sturdy 4 point fabricated intercooler mounts, VE Specific

- Complete hand fabricated and correctly beaded 3” intercooler piping kit model specific to VF. Includes all joiners, clamps and the sensor port for IAT sensor. This also includes modifying compressor outlet of the turbocharger so that your factory wheelwell fits as factory and the car can steer correctly. (IAT AND MAP SENSORS NOT INCLUDED)

 - 3 x custom ignition leads to suit turbo side, DIY length that need to be cut and crimped to suit customers requirements

 - Radiator reservoir relocation tank and bracket kit

 - Universal windscreen washer kit

 - Additional material to fabricate own screamer pipe or plum back as required

 - Multilayer steel exhaust manifold gaskets and turbo flange gasket, turbo flange studs 

 - KBM alternator heatsheild

 - Hotside pipework blasted raw and coated in high temp BLACK

 - Complete replacement fabricated bolt in passenger side engine mount to accomodate for turbo manifold fitment. Retains use of the factory rubber engine mount

- Killaboost Oil Feed and Return system
